The emails nobody gets round to sending

Chasing a contractor for a quote. Acknowledging an enquiry within the hour. Reminding a tenant about paperwork for the third time. None of it is difficult and all of it gets dropped, because the person who would do it is doing something more urgent.

How it works

You get an email address. CC it on any email you send, and that thread is enrolled. If nobody replies within the time you set, we follow up on the same thread, in your words, as a Reply All — so it reads as part of the conversation rather than as a message from a robot.

There is nothing to install, no new inbox to check, and no platform to learn. It works in Outlook, Gmail, and the mail app on your phone, because the only thing you do is CC an address.

What people use it for

  • Following up when nobody replies
  • Acknowledging an enquiry straight away, out of hours
  • Chasing an unpaid invoice, worded for money
  • Chasing a contractor for a price or a date
  • Chasing paperwork — certificates, signed leases, proof of income
  • Filing attachments quietly, sending nothing
  • A weekly digest of everything you copied in

What it costs

$7 per automation per month, with the first month free. No card is asked for to start; an invoice follows after the trial. You can stop one automation and keep the others.

It is not just email

We also run an AI receptionist that answers the phone around the clock, captures the caller’s details and transfers live calls when somebody is there — see AI receptionist — and we run Facebook and Instagram ads for organizations that need to be found.
